Naz Lewis, founder and Recruitment Director for Back2workmum.

A year after having my second child I realised that I needed to go back to work. What I soon discovered that finding a flexible, local, part time job, was much harder than I had expected. As I started talking to other mothers I could see that they were also faced with so many other issues: lack of confidence, uncertainty of their skills, information about good local childcare to name a few. But what really became apparent was the lack of support for women returners, despite their circumstance .

So Back2workmum was born!!

I have over 20 years experience in sales, marketing and recruitment in both the private and voluntary sector.  I am a back2workmum myself, with two fantastic daughters who continually inspire me.
